    Respected Sir/Madam,

    With due respect, I am writing this email to get you in attention on my Two-wheeler Loan account number TW007INR00095185 has been closed from my end, I have diligently paid all my outstanding dues as required in accordance with the Bank policies and I do have relevant supportive documents for that.

    However as per recent CIBIL, Experian and in other bureaus record my account is not been updated as closed, correspondingly my CIBIL report is reflecting similar Outstanding dues and this is impairing my capacity to seek financial assistance.

    As per the mail received from your end, I have fulfilled my obligations towards your financial institution by clearing all the pending dues. However the same has not been reciprocated by you. In accordance with Section 19 of the Credit Information Companies Act 2005, you are in the capacity of a Credit Institution which is in possession or control of credit information, who shall take such steps (including security safeguards), to ensure that the data pertaining to the credit information maintained by you is accurate and complete so that your customers would not face any kind of issue.

    I kindly request you to make the necessary alterations in your record so as to redress me of the grievance caused on account of the delay made by the bank. This is for your information, record and prompt action
