Who is Kiran Patel, calling from mobile no. 8218438079, but not coming to the spot to check and verify instead asking to send photo of meter and I have already sent photo but no response even after a reasonable period of time. Nobody has come to take the reading of meter for the last more than one year of Devras Bareilly Development Authority (BDA) Colony, Mini Bypass Izatnagar-243122, Bareilly. Kindly check and take stern action for not taking meter reading for more than one year and suddenly coming and providing huge amount of bill as arrears without our fault. In the meantime SMS is being sent to individual consumer to deposit the amount as per their assessment without physical verification/reading of meter. In view of this, I request for disconnection of CUGL supply to me so that I may not be responsible for any type of arrears otherwise I will have to seek the help of law as per the rule.
Domestic consumer gas connection alloted in year 2022 bu cugl Bareilly but gas pipe line connection has still not provided in my home even though security money of Rs6000 has been taken by cugl.This is a kind of loot from consumer what is doing the indian govt against such dacoit who is exploiting innocent common people.
